The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals)(England) Regulations 2018 –
Keeping or Training Animals for Exhibition
As of the 1st April the old performing animals licence is no longer valid
anyone involved in animal activities must have a new animal activities licence
(this includes public displays/ handlings, experiences, courses, talks and educational visits, photography sessions.
whether at the centre or at customers venue ).
