20.3.09 - dear sharon and richard, thank you for all your help and information. the five days course was excellent value for money and very informative, especially for someone who has worked with birds of prey in a different country!! hopefully the experience i have gained through the course will help me either find work in england with birds of prey or put me on my way to owning my own. in a week of many highlights i would have to say coping saxon and whatching casper fly for the first time with out a creance stand out. once again thank you very much for the experience and teaching me what a leash is. tim kinsteignton ( formerly lanzerote)

Dear Sharon,

Just a note to thank you, your colleagues and birds for your contribution to the Revels. I wasn't able to watch the ring displays completely, but they seemed to be going very well with excellent birds and commentary and an appreciative audience. What did strike me though was the large number of people that were spending time at your display and with the birds when they were not in the ring. There was clearly a lot of interest.

We were pleased with the event as a whole and seemed to have a lot of people all having an enjoyable time - which was what we were trying to achieve.

Many, many thanks for a great, in depth and informative 5 Day Course. Our first contact with Birds.

The level of tuition and amount of information and hands on experience has been second to none! Brill and excellent value for money!!

The dedication, professionalism and passion for this subject has come across clearly!

The welfare of the Birds has been a focal point throughout.

It is a refreshing change to meet with such a devoted team, you have helped a young man go a fair way to realising his dream and to achieve new goals and learn new skills!! Your never ending patience has shone through this week, for this I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

For two wittering, woosy women to overcome fears and also become more involved was a major achievement, no mean feat!!!!!

We sincerely hope that your business continues to grow and hope to return before too long. The added bonus of a Lantra Award has been a huge incentive for a certain member of our group keen to progress.

Many, many thanks.

All the best.

Sue Harfield & Family

PS. Andy you have triggered Betts love and passion for “Owls”, Falcons will always be secondary though the void/gap is being reduced the more she handles the Harris Hawks, and she has her eyes on the other aspects of handling now and no longer has the fear of the Birds that was so very evident at the very start of the course.

ALL IN ALL A FANTASTIC FALCONRY EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!

Sharon and Shaz and not forgetting Andy. Thanks ever so much for this great opportunity for the past 5 days it’s been a mind blowing experience, one I will never forget.

You have been great trusting us with your beautiful birds and passing on your knowledge and love for Birds.

I very much look forward to returning and having my own bird, thank you for your time and never ending patience.
